Julian Stroleny & Marivet Marcos are the absolute best. Never imagined I would be in the situation I was in. Called a handful of defense attorneys during this lost and confusing time, and Julian really stood out. Every call with every other attorney lasted a few minutes, while my call with Julian lasted a while because he was taking his time to know every detail - one could easily tell he takes his work very seriously and prides himself in it. He will make sure every single moving part is running how it should and not let anything at all fall through the cracks. Being on community control and probation for an extended period of time he has not hesitated once in answering any of my calls or addressing concerns while i navigated the supervision stage while on the outside. However, I never received any documentation on the dismissal despite several emails requesting the documentation and a few follow up questions related to my record that were never answered. Very honest law firm. I contacted 5 other lawyers with the same issue who tried to make me pay over 1,000$ to represent me for a boating ticket of $90, and would not answer emails or phone calls, which was very frustrating considering i could not find any information online about the ticket or how to pay it, and my court date was about 1 week away. I had the pleasure of being represented by Pagan & Stroleny in a criminal case I had in Broward. I was being criminally investigated for a DUI and hired them for Pre File Representation. They worked out a deal with the prosecutors and I was not taken into custody. Once my blood work came back, they filed my arrest (mind you I was never really arrested).
